Condensed and Evaporated Milk
Milk is considered a complex biological substance that consists of fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, carbohydrate and water. Not only is milk a highly nutritious food, it is also a purposeful ingredient.
Milk powders are milk products with an extended shelf life, by removing the majority of the water, fluid milk is transformed into a shelf-stable dry powder.
Amongst the other amazing bi-products of milk are creamers used for with coffee and tea or preparation of food and desserts. The Condensed Milk is simply made by extracting the water from the milk and adding sugar, whilst Evaporated Milk contains no added sugar.
